1. Returns
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that the following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as final sale
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

3. Refunds

- Original Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund unless the item is defective or was incorrectly shipped.

4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please initiate a return for the item you wish to return and place a new order for the item you want.

6. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.
